Infrastructure Security
Evie runs on Amazon Web Services data centers — actively monitored and certified under ISO 27001, SOC 1/SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402, PCI Level 1, FISMA Moderate, and Sarbanes-Oxley. Our multi-tier microservices architecture follows AWS reference architecture and industry best practices, and scales via containerization.
Data Security & Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 (via AWS RDS Postgres encryption) and in transit using TLS/AES-128. Access to systems is logged, monitored, and audited — and limited to authorized employees who need it for operations, support, and maintenance.
Data Collection & Usage
Trust is the cornerstone of your relationship with Evie. We publish a strict privacy policy that governs our collection and use of your data, and offer a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement for paid customers serving customers in the European Union.
Access Revocation
Users can revoke Evie's access to their calendar at any time. Administrators can revoke Evie's access for all users in the organization with a single action.
